Description
Snow White is a beautiful white reindeer doe, following in the footsteps of her mother, who also had a pure white coat and was exceptionally trusting of people. Snow White learned to trust humans by observing and mimicking her mother’s example.
As a calf, Snow White was a bit of a rascal, always challenging her mother and playing around. But as she grew, she matured into a wonderful mother herself, caring lovingly for her own calves. She has been a mama reindeer since May 2020, when her first white calf was born.
During the winter months, Snow White usually stays in our winter feeding areas, while in summer, she ventures further out to the summer pastures. She wears a tracker, allowing us to always know where she is headed.
